Privacy policy - personal data and cookies
Browsing the site does not require any personal data. We only need it when you send a leasing inquiry.
Short answer
The controller of your data is the operator of Leasfera. Based on your consent, we pass your inquiry to no more than three leasing companies or brokers from the partner list that finance the given asset, and we tell you by e-mail who received it. Analytics and advertising cookies are set only after your consent. The binding version of this policy is the Polish one.

What we process and why
- Inquiry form - name, company, NIP, e-mail, phone, asset details and message: to pass the inquiry to partners (consent, art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and to contact you about it (art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
- Technical data - IP address, date and version of consent: proof of consent and protection against abuse (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Cookies - analytics and advertising only with your consent (art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
Recipients and retention
Partners from the partner list (as independent controllers after receiving the inquiry), our hosting provider in Poland (Oktawave) and e-mail provider (Zoho, EU data centres), and - only with cookie consent - Google. Inquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle them and then until claims expire, no longer than 3 years; backups are overwritten after 30 days.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, object to processing based on legitimate interest and withdraw consent at any time (by e-mail, or with the Cookie settings button in the footer). You may also lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority - Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa.
